The Gorge is a special place for many reasons, but it just happens to be the place that Jacob decided maybe he would let fate take it's course and see what happened with us...all inspired by a little Iron & Wine and Sufjan Stevens. It was a magical day filled with sunshine, warmth, ping-pong sized hail, rain, and finally the most amazing sunset offset by a full moon and sky full of stars (and acoustic Ben Harper as the soundtrack). I guess I am getting sentimental...but I just realized how STOKED I am to go this year! We are going to camp and then hear bands like Bjork and the Arcade Fire, not to mention my all-time favorite boys from Brooklyn:
The BEASTIE BOYS!!
This is gonna be sooooo much fun!
For anyone who lives in the Seattle area - or the greater Northwest region for that matter - I highly recommend checking out the lineup and perhaps making a hefty donation to ticketmaster so that you can join in on the fun at Sasquatch! And if you go, let us know!

i'm thinking of going! i REALLY want to go, it just depends on a lot of other conditions! i'll keep you posted as to whether i go or not!
