We've been brainstorming but kind of stumped on middle name ideas for Hazel. The two we've talked about the most are Grace or Kate. I just put it "out there" to facebook friends (who are really good and quick about helping out) but wanted to put it here in the off-chance someone reads this and not the other.
Any ideas or suggestions?
Remember to consider our last name. For some reason I'm drawn to one or three syllable names...but we're open to suggestions. We may or may not pick the name you suggest but we sure appreciate the help in getting our brainstorm going!

I love reading about all the wonderful adventures and process you're experiencing with baby #3.
Both Grace and Kate are beautiful names. I like the "flow" of Grace better in the mix of her first and your last name, but Kate is beautiful too.
'Eve' is always a pretty one-syllable.
So is 'Joy'.
Whatever you pick, I'm sure it will be perfect for her.
I love Grace! What about June? (if you are like the idea of going for another J middle name) You'll figure it out and you'll love it and I think simple for middle names is a good idea.

Gee, I'm flattered my names were even considered! Hazel Grace just has a nice ring to it :-)
Grandpa has already nicknamed Hazel as Hazelnut. What did you expect? Anyway, I know you will choose a great name. I do like Hazel Denae Carter or Hazel Marie Carter or Hazel Grace Carter. I also like Iris Grace Carter (using Grace as her called name). June is a pretty name but the combination of June and Carter sounds like Johnny Cash's wife's name. Shows how long I've been around!
