Better Days...

Last night, right as I was about to go to bed, we had a knock on our door. It was our neighbor, who also happens to work as a caterer. He had very few words as he handed a box to Jacob: "medicine for the pregnant lady". Well, he must know something I don't, because chocolate dipped strawberries sure sat well with me last night, I think I devoured them in record time! I have had a few better days - thanks to getting a lot more sleep and eating more protein for breakfast. But it's knocks on the door like last night that make my day. There truly are angels among us! We are sure going to miss our good neighbors...

I guess I might as well announce that we are moving! Not very far (aboutt 5 miles to be exact) but nonetheless, we will be moving very soon. We bought our first home - a brand spankin' new townhouse in the Greenwood neighborhood, near Greenlake. We're very excited! And also going to be busy getting moved and settled in the next two weeks. So excuse any absenses from the blog-o-sphere until we are up and running again ;) Don't worry, we'll give more details and have pictures to show later.

As for today, those strawberries and chocolate did me better - Sawyer and I are going to actually make our last swim class today! Hooray!

I'm glad you found something that actually tastes good and stays down! I was really into sour stuff that first trimester. I had "emergency" candy all over the place: sour patch kids and sour jelly bellies. Great nausea fighters for me.
Good luck with the packing and moving. I bet it will be nice to have more space (I can only imagine)!

i'm not sure where the greenwood neighboorhood area is, but we just got a rental house in the greenlake area (is that the same thing?)...

p.s. your photography skills rock!
