For our Friday night date, we went to see a Beatles cover band at the Magnuson Park Outdoor Family Concert Series. Every Friday in July and August they have a different genre of music for families to enjoy. We saw the same band last summer, and they were so much fun we thought we'd make it a tradition. Hands together for Creme Tangerine!
We packed a picnic dinner and dined on the lawn of the amphitheatre before the show began.
It was Sawyer's second time seeing a concert in a park. He quite seemed to enjoy it. We quite enjoyed watching all the crazy kids and their parents rockin' out on the lawn.
Sawyer just loved playing his "where's Sawyer?" game with Dad. If I get smart all of a sudden and remember how to post video without Jacob's help, I'll post some fun ones. If not, look for some fun videos in a day or two...And for anyone who lives in the area and is a fan of the Beatles, we recommend checking this band out. I can hardly wait to see pictures of Alisa's babe. So fun that the 3 of us had kids so close together.
